game works perfectly fine when i use the "stock" trucks, but when i buy another truck ,any other truck that i have put in. the game starts to lagg! it doesent matter if i got graphics on the lowest or the highest. it still lags! anyone can PLEASE help me? think of how boring it is to use original truck! heeelp! hehe hoping for answers asap! it's sooo booring to have a PTTM a cannot play

A lot of the lag may be down to your computer post your computer spec's here and i will let you know if that is the case.
Some of the add on trucks/trailers have a very high poly count which will also cause the slow down you describe.
The same goes for all those chrome accesories.

ok..
i bougth a new computer not long ago, but here's the spec's
1024 ddr ram ati radeon x800se 256 mb amd athlon 64 3700+.. hmmm i dont remember but i think it was 2.4 ghz asus k8n-e deluxe. (motherboard) 200 gb harddrive
any more spec you need ?

The specs on you PC are more or less the same as mine, but i still get a bit of lag when passing AI in the High poly trucks. You also get it when going through Chihuahua not a lot you can do about it.

the problem is that the game laggs all the time! if he is alone in a cargopickup point. and in chihuahua its bad! we knew that:P what other can it be? my pc isnt that good and i rund perfectly ( almost, littlebit lag but nothing to bother about )

Turn off as many background programs as you can before starting the game to free up ram and processor resources.

no disrespect to the guys who made the game, but the prism 3d engine isn't terribly efficient. i think it tends to use swapfiles a lot on the hard drive as well as system memory. Try to make sure you have a nice big windows swapfile ( virtual memory settings - 1.5 to 2x the amount of actual ram you have is optimal ), and make sure the hard drive is defragmented). It all helps. loking at those specs, you should have no bother running anything
