My Dad Was Working For James Irlam And While He Was There He Got The Option To Go And Work For Stobart After Two Years But He Left 6months After Being There But He Got A Letter About A Week Later Saying That Stobart Bought James Irlam For 59Million Which Was A Great Deal I Think Also On The Letter It Says That Eddie Stobart Bought James Irlam To Provide Better Service For The Customers And There Where Other Reasons
If You Want To Know More Then Send Me A Pm And I Will Let You Know The Main Points Of The Letter

yes, what zero says is true, i myself have seen this letter and think that it was a great deal but i heard a rumour that there were cash problems but to be honest, i think they were just slagging them off just because they have to work under someone else and may not get the same rates. but please, correct me if i am wrong thanks TDM

Hi All, The Irlam merge with stobart is absolutley fine and everything is running smoothly. Stobarts recently also took over Tesco's Middlewich RDC
