Add on files go into their respective files in my documents/18 WoS Pedal to the Metal.
If the files are not there already you will find it easier to extract the base.scs and any patches as well from your C:/program files/ 18 WoS Pedal to the Metal. the instructions on how to do this are in the tutorials section at the bottom of this forum.
