Unfortunatley adding your new paint skins to Haulin is not as straight forward as it used to be with PTTM, hopefully this will help. 1. You will need a base file with 0 compression to get this to work, easiest way is to use a file that has already been made, I used the CFCombo by Truckerdude & renamed to mod.scs, add this file to the mod folder in 18 WoS Haulin in my documents. 2. Double click to open the file select the programme from the list. 3. Select winrar as the programme but remember to untick the box or the scs file will be associated with winrar for ever more. 4. Once open you will see a vehicle folder (plus any others that may have been in the original mod file) now open your add on (downloaded) skin and drag the folder into the mod base file. 5. Start the game.

very nice but how does it work with trucks out of the game I've tried on ways the people has said on truckpol but that doesn't help. I've tried it like this verhicle/truck/fla/paint2.dds and make a stored zip file of verhicle. than place it into mod folder but that doesn't helped

The easiest way unless you have a registered version of winrar is to download a complete mod package such as the cf skin by truckerdude, add that to the mod file then just drag the new vehicle file onto it and let winrar sort it out.

so you can't make good scs files with unregistered winrar. But you can make good stored zip files with it. Than I must add my verhicle zip into the scs file and it works I hope finally
Thanks for the reply radar

Seems impossible at 1st, but then it becomes second nature, a bit like PTTM was at the beginning, extract the base.scs to a new folder and then you will reconise the folders & know how to compile them for additions.

I've done that like base but it doesn't help. Must I make other folders also scs like truck and fla because it doesn't work. I make a verhicle/truck/fla than add it to stored zip and rename it in winrar to myskin.scs so it change to an scs file than put it in the mod folder but it doesn't help me.

As mentioned before unless it is a registered winrar it will not zip at 0 compression. Use someone Else's already made 0 compression file, right click to "open with" select winrar but leave the box unticked so as not to associate all .scs files with winrar and just drag the new files in.
If the finished file looks like a stack of books it will not work!!!!
I have found that you do not even need to use the mod file in the haulin documents folder you can just add the modded files directly to the base.scs in the game programme folder & it works fine.
